Euan Thorburn will be looking to extend his lead in the Scottish Championship at the 2nd round which starts in Jedburgh. He and co-driver Paul Beaton won the first round in Inverness and are fresh from a 2nd overall at the Malcolm Wilson Rally at the beginning of March so they will be going into the event full of confidence.
Dale Robertson has had his broken suspension repaired and will be looking to improve on his 16th overall and 4th in Group N. Dale set some very strong times in last years Border Counties and will be hopeful of the same performance.
Keiran Renton has had an upgrade to his Fiesta R2 in between the first and 2nd round of the championship. There is a performance upgrade along with an upgrade to the Fiesta which looks more like a newer shape Fiesta. Renton had a strong opening round finishing 2nd in class and he will be keen to continue the pace he was showing in Inverness.
